A comprehensive psychological evaluation is the cornerstone of all our therapeutic encounters at OMID. We provide various forms of psychological assessments and evaluations:

  • Early Developmental Evaluation:

    It is a comprehensive psychological evaluation to diagnose Autism, Regulatory Disorders, and Central Nervous System immaturity and Delays in children ages 0 to 5.

  • Psycho-educational Evaluation:

    It is comprehensive psychological testing for evaluation of school readiness, learning disabilities, and other disorders resulting in learning difficulties and complication, such as Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, Dyslexia, Pervasive Developmental Disorders, etc.

  • Giftedness:

    It is an assessment of overall intellectual functioning and achievement to qualify students for GATE and other programs designed for gifted and exceptionally talented children and teens.

  • Neuropsychological Evaluation:

    It is an assessment of neurocognitive and neurobehavioral disfunctions secondary to seizures, strokes, traumatic brain injuries, radiation treatment, pre- and post-operation of brain tumors, and various dementias.

  • Testing Accommodations:

    It is an assessment of processing difficulties or various psychological disorders such as sever performance anxiety that may hinder an individual’s optimal performance on any aptitude test such as SAT or ACT, or Entrance Exams such as CBEST, LSAT, MCAT, DDT, as well as licensing or board certification exams for different professions.
