Resilience is a psychological concept; it is a form of protection which guards our well-being against ordeals. The resiliency focused group will help you to identify your resiliency skills, to improve your resiliency skills, and find out how to enjoy a sense of well-being while facing life challenges.
Together, we will explore and learn about:
Our experiences and how we became resilient.
How our attitudes, actions, and choices contribute to increasing or decreasing our resilience.
Strategies for thriving under pressure.
