Resilience is a protective factor that guards our well-being. The purpose of the group is to learn about resilience and improve our positive coping skills to enjoy a calmer richer life.
Questions explored in the session include:
Exploring the factors that lead to resilience- what are the things that make us resilient? Recognizing how our attitudes, actions, and choices contribute to resilience; discussing strategies for thriving under pressure.
